Transformation caused by the Collider’s functioning will first take place in the area above the surface of the Collider. Medical staff of the Collider will face a problem of mental disorders and physical diseases of their personnel. The population of the area will have a similar impact. Switzerland will face an increase of mental and somatic diseases. There will appear first zones of abnormal physics. These zones will be characterized by the distortion of physical laws.
Examples: On April, 18, 2010 in a village of Knos, in one of the cantons of Switzerland, there will emerge a zone of abnormal physical laws of about 5 km in diameter. Apart from this on July 4, 2010, two kilometers away from Geneva on the lake of Geneva there will appear a zone of antigravity with an area of 15 square centimeters. In 2010 France suffered considerable social and economic losses caused by the Collider’s functioning. Being part of the zone of deformation of matrix structures, France witnessed the formation of 12 zones of abnormal physics and 4 antigravity zones in 2010.
This caused some major mutations, but the impact differed from race to race. Black Race, representing a less genetic resistant type suffered mass mutation. The dynamics of Marseille’s social events can be an example. About 60% of the city residents came from French African colonies. There are representatives of Black race, as well as people whose genetic type is a more complicated one, including few races.
Statistics of mutagenic changes states that the quantity of the mutated persons among the representatives of the Black Race is 86 %. Among the representatives of a mixed genetic type, let’s call them Algerians, to make it simple, is 68%.

The emerged on 12th of May zone of abnormal physics had led to a total de-energization of Paris Stock Exchange, thus disconnecting the information system of various financial bodies including the National Bank and other leading banks. It is due to the fact that the abnormal zone had specific characteristics, such as absence of directed movement of electrons, impossibility to obtain information, instant recoding of structures which is explained by the absence of two basic elements of Matter. The consequences were pretty bad. French economy suffered considerably. The absence of communication among the leading banks of the country blocked a possibility of economic agreements. Social consequences were also very negative. The abrupt fall of family incomes, bankruptcy of a few large enterprises followed by high level of unemployment rates led to social clashes. Economic instability and high level of mutation changes brought about ethnic clashes.
As described above, different races reacted differently to an increased mutagenic activity and apart from economic inequality there was a physiological one. A high percentage of the mutated, being part of the poorest and most mutated layer of society – Black Algerians – became aware of their helpless situation and tried to get property from others by force. The representatives of these races were not sure in their future. The growing percentage of mutations led to evoking animal memory. By August, 2012 the Pentagon has entered the martial law and declared a curfew. By this moment the losses among the population of Washington have made 500000 people. From the moment of the announcement of the martial law the city has turned in the battle field. Armies spent patrols, however, trying to survive, criminal groups were shot and arranged ambushes as the weapon at the population was enough, and robberies of weapon shops became norm. Losses from both parties were ambiguous. As a result of similar street fights for August were killed 20 military men and about 500 criminals. Military men and police could not supervise all city.

The American soldiers, having lost many companions understood that already are at war with the people for the survival. They have ceased to go outside the limits the bases and prepared for evacuation. But the people to which they have brought the democracy, have decided not to release "liberators" and for ever to leave them in their’s earth.
At enmity groups of Shiits and Sunnits have for a while forgotten about the enmity and have united for killing of invaders. The army also has joined them.
Well protected, so-called «the Green Zone» where there was a government, ambassadorial buildings, hotels for correspondents and representatives of firms of many countries, since summer of 2012 began to be exposed to attacks of terrorists. Land evacuation of such considerable quantity of the people who were in «the Green Zone», practically could not be realizable, as Bagdad already was under the control of the risen population and insurgents.

The armies which were carrying out protection as could constrained attempts of an attack of furious Moslems, however with deterioration of conditions they could not carry out effective defence of such big object. The third attempt, in December, 2012, could cause a considerable loss to this base. In this attack participated 25 thousand Moslems well armed and possessing support of five units of combat vehicles. The attack has occurred immediately, in many respects thanks to system of radio interception and reflexion of satellite signals. On it time insurgents were prepared very well and have considered Christmas holidays. The American soldiers after two unfortunate attempts of insurgents have lost necessary vigilance and have more concentrated on losses among staff from illnesses and viruses. At this time was conducted the strengthened preparation for evacuation from base of staff. It was planned to spend by helicopters, by cargo planes and the gasoline acute shortage was thus considered. Its delivery overland already was impossible. Land evacuation was excluded because of duration of distance on enemy territories.
Insurgents have been well informed on forthcoming evacuation of staff and have decided to break it. At night they have managed to approach imperceptibly. Early in the morning, when insurgents have appeared in visual limits, the base staff could not be grouped and adequately reflect an attack. The majority of soldiers have been occupied by work on preparation for evacuation. In the same time have flashed disorders in New Orleans and Charleston. Built up again after hurricane of 2010, the Charleston burnt, from different directions set fire by the Negro population in revenge for an attack of a gangs of neo-Nazis for Afro-American quarters of the city. The Afro-American population has reacted to this action of violence mass arsons of rich quarters and the governmental buildings. Also there was an armed conflict between the Negro population and the Anglo-Americans, led to death of 150 thousand people. This conflict has been suppressed by national guards within two days.
The conflict in the Charleston developed under the same scenario, its victims became 80 thousand people.
Detroit
The rigid conflict has occurred in Detroit city to, where the indignant Anglo-American population has set fire to Ford's and Crysler’s factories. Mass riots in streets of this city within three days have led to death of 100 thousand people, the white population has most of all suffered.
By 2012 in territory of Detroit all segments of motor industry will cease to function. As a result of the conflict were killed 85 thousand people, 55 thousand from them – the Afro-American population.

Conflict sources in Chicago are confused enough, as provoking behaviour was shown by group of black teenagers, than has caused the actions of the several white groups which have led to mass riots in black quarters. As a result of this slaughter with arsons and robberies were killed 74 thousand people. The conflict lasted three days. Anglo-Americans have appeared the majority of victims.

The conflict in Milwaukee city was provoked also by the black population. As a result of the two-days conflict were killed 40 thousand people, 25 thousand from them were black inhabitants of America.

Panic moods continued to spread on all country. People have ceased to come to work and were isolated in the houses. Shops were closed, and local population, without having stocks of products, starved and demanded from the government of drastic measures, leaving on the demonstrations which were coming to an end with pogroms and bloody crashes with police.
By the summer the government has appeared in very difficult situation. Strategic stocks of the foodstuffs were necessary for keeping. Especially the difficult situation has developed in places of the compelled mass congestion of people, such as prisons, army, police, hospitals. Were in prisons have been doomed to die without any chances of a survival. About releasing thousand terrorists and criminals, could not be any speeches. Criminal situation in the country became aggravated every day. Thousand crowds left on streets to give vent to the fear and fury, smashed shops and state institutions.
Death rate in prisons caused mass disobedience and revolts. Prisoners refused to enter into chambers to died, to take out bodies and to betray to their burial place. They did not wish to believe that is epidemic. The concluded Arabs in death of the cellmates accused the power of a deliberate genocide and tried to be released, using force and mass character. To security guards remains nothing, how only to shoot on defeat. To prisons have been tightened army divisions.

Employees of cemeteries did not cope with burial places. Died brought and left on another's tombs. Bodies decayed on the sun, and air has been simply sated by viruses. In Ukraine the economic situation continued to worsen. All hopes, that America and the European Union will cope with crisis in economic, have appeared insolvent. Business in the country was near death and has been knocked down by taxes. The national economy by that moment practically was destroyed. The majority of figures of successful business have gone into the “shadow”, as taxes did not allow to develop and function. Crash of the state economy demanded refill of resources, however only taxes could though somehow to support the power gear. Small business has practically disappeared, however the shadow barter, which is not assuming any tax payments, actively developed.
The long economic crisis has led to that in September, 2011 the state had no possibility to make social payments. Within 2012 the set of people, thus, has appeared without means of support. Pensioners and invalids, without receiving pensions, have appeared in such distress, that it resembled destruction. Completely depending on the pensions, they could not buy a foodstuff, medicines and died of illnesses and hunger.
The financing directly depending on taxes, has completely blocked. To the beginning of 2012 all industry practically did not function. Large factories have stopped the activity. People in set were on the street without real possibility to support themselves and the families. The management of the large enterprises could help nothing to workers as all financial streams have been blocked. Disobedience actions across all Ukraine became norm, and they came to an end with pogroms.
The state budget in 2012 represented continuous deficiency, without real possibilities of refill. Municipal authorities could not support municipal services and, in due course, all became unfit for use. Money was allocated, first of all, for maintenance of base requirements, - an electricity and water supply as these systems were the general. Means were allocated basically by «men from shadow», not wishing chaos in the country.
The state could not support functioning of heating mains, and the population which has remained without work, had no possibility to pay service of municipal services. More and more cities remains without water and heat. The situation was aggravated in the severe winter that, at the destroyed municipal services, led to frequent diseases. The crime rate in industrial regions has grown in some hundred times. The population starved. Especially high death rate was among children and old men.

The first flash of the virus of “the fast flu” has appeared in Odessa on January, 20th, when the management of three children's gardens has addressed in sanitary epidemiological service with the complaint to identical disease of all children from the gardens. By the time of isolation of children all of them were sick not less than days as their hospitalisation in the first day was not possible. 480 children were ill.
When them were hospitalised, doctors assumed, that it is only new type a flu, characterised in the raised temperature. After children have started to die, and have appeared ill and died among parents and the medical personnel, speech has gone about dangerous epidemiological disease. In a week, after the first fixed flash, in Odessa and area 20000 people have been infected and nearby 5000 was lost. In two weeks similar flash has been registered in Chernigov. Within two weeks were 40000 people are infected nearby, from them 8000 was lost in a short space of time, the others were waited by slower and painful death.
Here it is a question of the first large flashes as single diseases were not classified differently as rare type a flu, and death explained complications. Considering the big percent sick of AIDS and a HIV infected, and also carriers of a stick of "cook", epidemic in Ukraine very quickly extended. People, with the slackened immunity, perished within one and a half days. For 2012 80 % of specialised shelters for sick of AIDS and tuberculosis, has become empty under the influence of a virus of "a fast flu». It has made 3000000 persons.
The virus was qualified as the unknown person type a flu. Attempts of studying of the virus led only to infection of scientific groups. And as the period of action of the virus is insignificant, groups had not time to come to any significant conclusions. Thus, virus identification was possible to make only on victims with strongly slackened immunity: sick of AIDS and a tuberculosis as in their case, the illness rapid current did semiology easily recognised. In this time, about five millions Ukrainians has died of «the fast flu», and this diagnosis has not been put, and consequently, to dead bodies has not been shown epidemiological standards, that allowed the virus to extend.
Scientists initially put forward the thesis, that is the unknown type a flu, influencing people with strongly slackened immune system. Complexity of direct studying has led to impossibility of the correct diagnosis, and also, working out of strategy of treatment. It is natural that hypotheses of the valid origin of the virus and influence on this process the work of the Collider has not been put forward.
With the advent of epidemic frontiers worldwide were closed. Movement of trains, planes and passenger courts has stopped. The economic was included gradually into the stop.

In connection with work of the collider there was a set new type of virus infections. Not only «the fast flu», but also and other viruses carried away lives of the increasing quantity of people. Economic conditions in the country did not promote preservation of medical branch at the level, capable to support the population. The state could not provide functioning of medical institutions. Paid clinics were small and could provide with qualitative medical aid only to those, who was capable to pay it.
Crisis in the state has led to situation, when 80 % of hospitals and polyclinics could not function up to the mark. The first flashes of the virus of “the fast flu” clearly have shown it. The people getting to hospitals, at the best, could count on a cot and a dose of antibiotics. Possibilities of hospitals in diagnosing and treatment were minimum. There was also a problem with maintenance with medicines. The pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine was in decline, and orders of import medicines could not be paid the state.
Within 2012 grivna as the currency, has ceased to exist. Its face-value has reached 200 grivnas for dollar. Absence of accurately developed program of maintenance of economy, and also stagnation of the industry and agriculture throughout previous years was natural preconditions to it. 70 % of the efficient population have appeared the unemployed. Many banks were ruined, and those, that else held out for the account of financial injections from abroad, have frozen monetary contributions of the population for unlimited term. The deceived investors understood that already never will receive the money, and it infuriated them as their children starved. Preparing in crowds, they smashed and burnt down banks. Especially persistent in theirs insult searched and found concrete originators.
In connection with loss of the large sums making the purpose and sense of activity of political groups, admitted to government, there was a change of political elite, to be exact, reorientation to a financial component of the power. The money lost as a result of the economic crisis, it was possible to return partially, steering the state budget and redistributing funds of taxes and foreign loans. For this purpose it was necessary to supervise over parliament and to appoint ministers as the economic situation was such, that about ideological reasons of a policy did not start talking.
New parties and the fractions, which purpose consisted in an economic gain, were spontaneously formed. Government agencies, and also the Ukrainian parliament, reminded a raging copper where interests of the contradictory parties constantly faced. Actions of political parties and separate figures of a policy of Ukraine, reached frank murders and drawing of heavy mutilations because the power, under the circumstances, was momentary. The party and the people who have appeared at fed state steering, made set of illegal actions. Besides, the right became material interests even more dim and subject only. The Ministry of Justice was only certain fetish for intimidations, the tool in hands of the people steering the country.
There was a set of the battles royal, which were only reflexion of struggle of political parties. However, in due course, the state budget began to represent the lesser interest and benefit.
The population has reacted to similar deterioration of living conditions by mass protest actions. From the midpoint of January in all big cities of Ukraine there were spontaneous protest actions. In effect, it were concourses of people, which hunger and a cold has forced to forget about an instinct of self-preservation. Crowds arranged pogroms of institutions of the government, plundered and marauded. These actions have caused a damage in five billions US dollars within 2012. Shops and restaurants with the highest prices, as a symbol of unattainable pleasures were exposed to plunder. Disobedience actions were pacified by means of a military technology, more often with application nervously-paralyzing gas.
In February there was a serious problem of a burial place died as a result of epidemic flashes «a fast flu». Settlement of a situation demanded state intervention, have been allocated forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defence. A burial place, especially bodies from special shelters sick of AIDS and a tuberculosis, did army, however mass desertions did this work the extremely ineffective.
Epidemic in barracks of army and the Ministry of Internal Affairs has led to cutting-down of number of the people, capable to struggle with epidemic consequences. The power endured crisis as in similar circumstances of benefit from a finding in the government, grew dim before necessity of acceptance on itself of responsibility. The officials heading city and regional administrations, left service places as were afraid to be made answerable. Till May the country practically was not steered. Unique who has not slackened the control over the situation, there were criminal structures. However, their influence did not suffice to prevent chaos to.
The situation of Kiev and the Kiev area was an event vivid example, where was lost two million person for the first half of the year 2012. In the beginning of winter in the city only 20 % of boiler-houses worked. Only the governmental buildings were heated. Citizens have been compelled to be warmed independently. It has led to uncontrollable destruction of trees in city boundaries and behind its limits.
With epidemic beginning of the “fast flu” thousand people suddenly perished. Security services and armed forces had to organise special brigades on gathering and a burial place of bodies. Combing of the city in search of the bodies requiring a burial place as there was very high death rate from overcooling and the subsequent disease was the purpose of these brigades. For the lonely people dying of a cold and hunger, of whose bodies there was nobody to take care, have been organised mass burial places. The people who did not have possibilities to bury the relatives, brought them to gates of cemeteries, and further special brigades buried them in common graves. These brigades functioned till the beginning of March. Further them have refused because of a high mortality percentage of the staff taking in their part.
The city, without possibility of the centralised burial place of corpses, and also transportation possibility on the big distances, began to choke under a heap of bodies, which started to decay, and the epidemiological situation worsened. The people, who do not have possibilities to bury a body of relatives, dug them in parks, squares, and sometimes left in garbage tanks and heaps. By that moment dust export has practically stopped, and with warming, bodies and the food rests have started to decay.
By this time the underground and public transport have ceased to function. The city constantly suffered from participants of spontaneous actions of the disobedience which participants were not only local residents, but also arrived of other areas of Ukraine, to vent the harm on metropolitans as which they considered as originators of all troubles.
The political forces, trying to speculate with similar actions, could not organise and keep them from robberies. The government was in deep crisis as epidemic has mentioned all. Among government officials was lost 65 % and not less than 15 % as a result of murder by furious crowd.
Radio continued to function, however television channels have stopped the activity as demanded large monetary investments. Some newspapers and magazines were issued, however generally their circulation did not reach the reader as it was used in other purposes, basically for a kindling and wipe bums.
Armed forces of Ukraine have appeared in a situation of crisis of financing. The army had no possibility to contain the soldier and to support the fighting capacity. 80 % of parts have been liquidated. The rests were engaged in execution of protection of food warehouses and work in brigades on cleaning of bodies. As a whole, it any more was no centralised system of armed forces, and is faster group of the people rallied by possibility to survive. By the time of disbandment, in July, 2012, in armed forces of Ukraine, as a result of epidemic, 150000 military men were lost, and nearby 300000 deserted, many have taken with themselves the weapon.
In 2011 has been spent the mass amnesty, connected with impossibility of the maintenance of prisoners. At that time in prisons contained 4 million person, considering as well investigatory insulators. After amnesty remains only 500000, made heavy criminal offences. In 2012 the criminal code have toughened by application of the higher measure to heavy criminal offences. Prisons consistently disbanded. Reached total destruction concluded, constantly revolting and dying of numerous diseases.
By the summer in Kiev, and also in all other cities of Ukraine, continued to expand in streets of mountain of dust. Bodies died, appeared in heaps of dust, decayed and in addition infected air with dangerous viruses. Heaps were set fire, the stench stood the intolerable. The population, suffering from hunger, unemployment and insanitary conditions, began to leave big cities and to settle in villages. Many inhabitants of cities went to villages to plunder and such way to extract to themselves livelihood.
Inhabitants of cities tried to buy at first, and further if it is necessary, to take away by force any foodstuff. Peasants, understanding, that products become ever less, refused to sell them and, thereby, provoked attacks. The townspeople, who have appeared in the desperate situation, took away products force, that has led to the raised crime rate, to be exact, in the organisation of criminal groups, which plundered, using numerical superiority.
It is natural that reaction of peasants was not slow to affect and by the end of 2012 the situation reminded more guerrilla war. However the part of townspeople tried to support independently itself, having been engaged in processing of the empty earths. Similar actions did not cause any resistance of peasants. The serious problem was that these people were exposed to an attack of the armed gangs.
The agriculture was in decline. The impossibility of realisation of a sowing campaign has put the country on a hunger side, so far as concerned a problem of shortage of a foodstuff, and not just means for their purchase. Peasants processed only the sites generally ancient modes. And as draught animals was a little, used work of farm laborers - people who were ready to perform any works for meal.
Peasants have been frightened by epidemic, robberies so that were afraid to leave the farmsteads. Those who has died of epidemic - did not bury, being afraid of infection, and bodies decayed in houses, creating additional threat of infection. Such houses were burnt or taken in townspeople.
After 2012 in the country began to represent the power the parties eliminated at a stage of shootouts. They were only smart party, a certain farce of real-life criminal groups, which steered the country. Thus, the government in Ukraine was enough conditional. The only thing, that did not allow to the country to be stabilised in the economic plan, this regular occurrence thirsting to steer shadow economy that led only to crushing of the capital and destruction of capable people.
In Ukraine as a result of epidemic of the "fast" flu was lost about ten millions people, from them almost all HIV-infected have died.
Crimea
Epidemic in Crimea was appeared in the beginning of February. The scenario of events corresponded to the scenario of other cities. the first were ill children in still working kindergartens. Mass disease of children has begun. Delivered in republican children's hospital, they have lived no more than two days. Parents of children as the personnel of gardens became following victims.
Epidemic affected all public organisations, including schools and higher educational institutions. By the end of February in territory of Crimea was lost 15 thousand persons. The epidemiological situation was coincided with the economic crisis, which has arisen in the country, and has provoked the social conflict. Existing intense relations between the Crimean Tatars and the Russian-speaking population began to outgrow in opened, and sometimes with armed conflicts. Split among the Crimean Tatars was one of phenomena in the present state of affairs. The split essence was in unwillingness of a part of the Crimean Tatars to clash with the Russian-speaking population. About 30 % of the Crimean-Tatar population have refused to majlis an original national duty, that is, they have refused to oppose Russian and somehow to participate in this opposition. As a result, they also have been ranked as enemies.
The Crimean Tatars have appeared the cores in distribution of products as their settlements in agricultural areas were the most numerous. Using anarchy in Ukraine, majlis of the Crimean-Tatar people has decided to seize Crimea finally. Open sale of the foodstuff belonging to people, subject to majlis, has been stopped, and products were distributed only between the not stranges.
The Russian-speaking population has faced artificial deficiency. Capture of a foodstuff, attacks on warehouses and the markets was natural reaction. After that have begun the first armed conflicts. The begun disorders have affected and a hotel infrastructure. Hotels existing at coast and sanatorium were exposed to plunder and have become unfit for use.
Crashes basically occurred between the Russian-speaking population and the Tatar population in Crimea. The given conflicts took the form of mass riots and bloody slaughters. The Crimean Tatars hoped, that with slackening of the state they can seize power in Crimea and create the own state. As a result of conflict situations was lost 50 thousand Tatars and 72 thousand Russian-speaking population. Crimea has been given to itself, and Kiev did not undertake any measures to bloodshed suppression. The rests of the Ukrainian army it was eliminated from participation in the given conflict, and it had been caused such big losses among Russian population.
The Russian armies will enter on territory of Crimea in 2013, in reply to attempt of capture by Tatars of one of the military units located in vicinities of Sevastopol. It was the quartermaster part storage of a foodstuff and arms. As the attack on the object entering into a zone of responsibility of the Russian federation was perfect, Russia found possible to send armies for cover of evacuation of bases. However, armed groups of the Crimean Tatars have considered, that it is a liberation army, and have decided to put a pre-emptive strike across Sevastopol. Thus, armies of Russia have appeared involved in this conflict. The commander of armies in Crimea has given the order on capture and destruction of battling Crimean Tatars as destruction of armed formations was the only stipulation of successful evacuation of bases. Thus, Russians have gradually occupied all territory of Crimea.
The situation has developed more than ambiguous, as officially it looked as capture of Crimea by armies of Russia. The government of Crimea consisting of the Russian-speaking population, has addressed to Russia with the request for inclusion of Crimea in structure of Russia. Ukraine has not dared to object, as it could not supervise this territory.
After joining of Crimea to Russia from territory of Crimea it has been moved about 300000 Crimean Tatars, who took part in armed conflicts and attempts of capture of territory of Crimea, as majlis has independently made lists of those, who were faithful and not faithful and moved under the list. Them moved in the areas adjoining on average Asia.
Only in 2020 officially resort season at the Crimean coast will begin.
